Of possible interest, as we mark a transition in the life of the
International Coalition of Library Consortia, from Tom Sanville's
leadership.  Tom has been a "force of nature" in the ecosystem not
only of library consortia but also of e-resources licensing and
collaboration at scale.  We will all miss Tom's day to day engagement
with these matters.
