Hi,

We solved the problem by upgrading to the Chronicle's new domain-wide access.

As Barbara Snead explained, this allows anyone with a campus domain
email address to create an account using that email address to access
the Chronicle from off-campus.

Faculty have been happy with this solution.

Linda
