Hi, Tom Lipinski's tome (The Librarian's Legal Companion for Licensing
Information Resources and Services, ALA-Neal Schuman, 2013) has a
great chapter called "Twenty Sample Key Clauses to Look for in Content
Licenses." p. 635-644.

Hi, all—

I need to provide someone with a good intro article on the basics of
licensing—what are the main points to look out for when licensing a
resource. Does anyone know of a good one I might pass on to them?

Thanks,

Susan
