Good afternoon,

Does anyone on the list have recent experience negotiating a license
with Ebook Library? http://www.eblib.com/

We are currently considering purchasing some books from Ebook Library.

However, their license has some rather unusual clauses, especially the
ones concerning e-reserves. I am wondering if anyone was able to
negotiate better terms.
