Dear All:  The LIBLICENSE Web Site (http://liblicense.crl.edu/) has
undergone, in the last 2-3 months, an extensive review of topics and
links.  A few weeks ago, we asked for your input and advice about a
couple of recently completed sections, and several of you kindly
suggested additions and corrections to the "Publishers' Licenses"
link.

Over the course of the next couple of weeks, we're looking for input,
particularly in the following "pulldown" sections:

National Site LIcensing Initiatives
Developing Nations Initiatives

Licensing Resource Links
