Sometimes Journals bring out supplementary issues (or special issues) in addition to their regular issues. What happens if some journal publishers do not make supplementary issues contents online, and licenses say that the subscribers have access to the full text “as published online” in their platforms. Do you think that the journal publishers should make all the contents online, especially where people are stopping print subscriptions, and the licenses say something like this “online access to all the contents published in print or online”?
