In section 5 which sets forth terms for Use of NEJM Online, there is one statement having to do with ILL: "Licensee may, on occasion, supply single copies of materials from NEJM Online to a noncommercial library located in the same country as Licensee in accordance with Licensee's interlibrary loan procedures, whether by post, facsimile, or digital transmission..." It goes on to stipulate that a note must be sent to the borrowing library instructing it to delete the electronic copy and to provide the library patron with a paper copy. In our 360 Resource Manager, we have fields for ILL General, ILL Secure Electronic, and ILL Electronic (email). I'm tempted to enter "Permitted" in the field ILL General, but "Silent" in both ILL Secure Electronic and ILL Electronic (email). I would appreciate it if someone could share their experience or expertise in understanding these terms.
