From: Linda Wobbe <[log in to unmask]> Date: Thu, 28 Feb 2013 12:45:21 -0800 Dear Dr. Johannsen, I am happy to say that I have successfully used SERU for several transactions at Saint Mary's College in CA. As a member of the License Review Committee for the Statewide California Electronic Library Consortium, we have also successfully used SERU for several consortial purchases. Vendors I have worked with successfully in using SERU include Springer, Ambrose Video, American Psychological Association (for the minor online document they site in the SERU Registry), Ammons, Duke, Maney, Naxos and Project Euclid. I suggest you contact the person listed in the Registry for best success. http://www.niso.org/workrooms/seru/registry/ Good Luck! ...Linda Linda Wobbe Head, Collection Management Saint Mary's College Library Moraga, CA 94575-4290 On 2/27/13 4:46 PM, LIBLICENSE wrote: > From: "Johannsen, Dr. Jochen" <[log in to unmask]> > Date: Wed, 27 Feb 2013 15:03:15 +0100 > > Dear List, > > I’ve been in contact recently with colleagues from German libraries > and with publishers as well, regarding the use of the NISO Shared > Electronic Resource Understanding SERU instead of license > (http://www.niso.org/workrooms/seru).
