To any others who work at a library that has had the opportunity to test perpetual access provisions - whether successful or not - your participation would be very much appreciated. The survey will remain open through Tuesday, September 17th. The survey seeks to ascertain the extent to which perpetual access is being pursued and provided for electronic serial titles that have been canceled, have ceased, or have transferred to different publishers.
