Liz Elizabeth Mengel Associate Director Scholarly Resources and Special Collections The Sheridan Libraries Johns Hopkins University Baltimore, MD ________________________________________ From: "McKeown, Ramona J." <[log in to unmask]> Date: Wed, 12 Feb 2014 19:47:43 +0000 We are accustomed to dealing with license agreements for electronic products, but today I was sent a license agreement for the microfilm of a major U.S. newspaper. I don't think we've signed any licenses agreements for microfilm in the past. This one specifically says that the content may not be used for interlibrary loan. Have others out there dealt with this issue before? What is your practice concerning ILL and microfilm? Would you sign such an agreement? Thanks, Ramona Ramona J.
