The cost is listed as an "educational license fee." To the best of the information I have from the vendor, the extent of this educational license is that the DVD can only be screened in a non-commercial, closed circuit environment. I am interrupting this to mean that we are not buying the DVD out-right and thus cannot use it in a manner consistent with normal practices under US copyright law. Would my interruption be accurate?
