From: Mary Summerfield <[log in to unmask]> Date: Wed, 5 Nov 2014 00:05:49 +0000 Suzanne, As I read it, the message said that Swets library customers could obtain information about their subscriptions--not that publishers could obtain information about the libraries who subscribe to our publications. That is unfortunate as our Swets subscriber information lacks contact names and addresses in quite a few cases. We requested it repeatedly but not successfully for some subscribers. If another publisher has succeeded in getting that information, I hope they will share what they did with the rest of us. Do you know where we should go to request information about our customers?
