From: Alex Holzman <[log in to unmask]> Date: Thu, 15 Jan 2015 22:25:47 -0500 The look on the face of the guy reading Strunk & White is priceless. This project didn't capture it, but one of the things I used to treasure about riding the NY subway daily was seeing people not only reading books, newspapers, or magazines, but within a single car reading in six or eight different languages. On a single ride home to Brooklyn I could see English, Chinese, Russian, Greek, Hebrew, Spanish, Korean, Italian. One small reminder that NY is a truly international city.
