I've been startled twice in the last weeks by ordering something for two day delivery and having it appear the very next day ON A SUNDAY. Sure, the one time I ordered "same day delivery" it took two weeks because either their outsource courier LaserShip's lasers were broken or their driver in my neighborhood couldn't read the number "2500" in foot-high letters over the door of the building. Now Amazon hits a little light chop (as the pilot says when my fillings are loosening) in their next plans: http://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news/amazon-drone-delivery-plans-nixed-u-s-regulators-n307006 I think and hope we're still safe with the Santa and his reindeer, since he has them within sight at all time, but you never know what's next. And Amazon now further raises expectations of campus libraries delivery services! Jim O'Donnell ASU
