From: Heidi McGregor <[log in to unmask]> Date: Fri, 29 May 2015 12:26:15 -0400 Hello Isle – You may know that JSTOR works with publishers to provide individuals with access to their journals in various ways so we have a fair amount of data that we can share. We offer a free reading program (which just topped 2.5 million users!), a paid monthly and annual “JPASS,” and a pay per article option. About 350 publishers (over 1,500 journals) are in the article program. Publishers set the prices for these, and JSTOR adds a flat transaction fee. I can tell you that the average publisher rate is $16.27/article. If it would be helpful, I’d be glad to catch up offline to provide any specifics you might find helpful.
