IDC: Analyze the Future is a business database primarily intended for corporate clients.  The license agreement prohibits publication of information from their reports without prior one-by-one permission requests.  They have a permissions office that handles such “external” publication requests.  Anyone subscribing?  How do you honor the agreement?  There’s no mention of copyright law.  The information is entirely proprietary.
