From: "Davis, Rick K." <[log in to unmask]> Date: Wed, 17 Aug 2016 13:35:04 +0000 Since I sent my original message over the weekend and haven't yet received any responses, I thought I'd try one last time before my meeting on this topic tomorrow (Thurs.) morning. Please excuse the duplication and thanks again in advance for any info you can share! Rick ******* From: Davis, Rick K. Sent: Sunday, August 14, 2016 3:58 PM To: [log in to unmask] <[log in to unmask]> Subject: Seeking data re: adoption of LibLicense and other models by academic libraries/consortia For those of us advocating to our library/consortia administrators for the adoption of LibLicense or a similar model license (e.g., CDL, CRKN, Florida Plus, GWLA, etc.), is there a list showing which organizations have adopted/endorsed/implemented a given model license to date? I'm thinking of something like the registry that NISO maintains for SERU (http://www.niso.org/workrooms/seru/registry/). If there isn't such a resource, can anyone on the list involved in maintaining LibLicense (or other models) tell me approximately how many libraries/consortia have adopted their model terms, perhaps with some examples of the more prominent academic libraries/consortia? I'll actually be speaking to my consortium's Council of Library Directors on this topic later this week, so any info you can send--via the list or to me directly, as you prefer--would be greatly appreciated!
