From: "Mackinder, Lisa" <[log in to unmask]> Date: Tue, 28 Mar 2017 12:12:16 +0000 Hi Andrée The LibLicense model license has TDM language you could use in clause 3.2.j: http://liblicense.crl.edu/licensing-information/model-license/. I was also going to suggest looking at the CDL Standard License Agreement linked from the bottom of the page, but it seems they've recently made it password protected. It used to be freely available. I haven't looked at the others. I want to modify a license agreement with a vendor to include language allowing TDM. I thought I'd just copy Gale's new language allowing this, since if it is okay with Gale, it should be okay with their competitor. My Gale license predates the new TDM clause, however, and I never received an amendment. Google isn't helping. Can anyone provide this language? Thanks so much!
