Hi all,

I’m trying to compile a pretty exhaustive list of potential terms that might come up in a license agreement, and preferred language to have on hand for each term.

I’ve come up against language requesting confidentiality of license terms a couple of times, which obviously is undesirable for libraries. However, I’m now wondering whether anybody has ever seen language to the opposite effect? That is, language that expressly permits the sharing of terms between peer institutions? I’m specifically wondering about price sharing.

Thanks in advance for any insights you can provide!

P.S. I’m also interested in learning of other outside-the-box terms you may have thought of, requested, or had accepted. Feel free to reply to me off-list, as well!
