One covers 2016-2018, more join for 2017-2018, and more join in the final year of 2018. At least the list is growing, but it certainly isn't an option to make your article OA in any Elsevier journal. Does anyone know what their reasoning is behind this? Philosophical, monetary, workflow/technical?
