I checked using CrossRef <http://api.crossref.org/works?rows=0&facet=published:*> --- there is still growth of OA faster than growth of literature, but not as impressive as the absolute numbers show (the percentage here is potentially irrelevant, because OASPA is not supposed to cover the whole literature, I figure). OA is gaining ground, but not exponentially as the absolute numbers imply.
