Following Sarah Sussman's instructions I'm sending you herewith my paper for session 2 of the Symposium in Frankfurt. Any comments and feedback will be precious for me.

I will of course stay in the 15 minutes timeslot. The speech will therefore be an abridge version of the paper. I'm working on the accompanying slides that I will send you before the end of this week.
