National Academy (US), World Bank, and maybe Knowledge Unlatched come to mind. There must be more, with various goals? Ann Okerson ******* From: <[log in to unmask]> Date: Mon, 18 Sep 2017 08:05:51 +0000 Jean-Claude, I don’t, the model I laid out is freemium (in that a basic service is provided free of charge and the cost of providing it would be drawn from the revenues earned from premium services). I am well aware of Revues.org and of related efforts by Open Editions; Pierre Mounier and I often compare notes because we also use a freemium model at OECD. Part of my motivation in writing the article was to raise awareness that freemium could be a viable model to advance the open access process.
