Aimed at library staff involved in negotiations with vendors for access to information resources, the course is pitched at an introductory-intermediary level and is ideal for colleagues who are new to negotiations or who have some negotiation experience and are seeking a ‘refresher’ and/or additional knowledge and skills. It will also benefit those being trained to undertake purchasing roles in the near future.
