This seems very broken to me.  Why would we pay for an institutional subscription, if that is the case?  I am going to contact the Chronicle to “complain” about this and I hope others will also.  The Chronicle needs to hear this is wrong.

This may be of interest to the list: Institutional subscriptions now see smaller content than personal subscriptions.  Selected articles on "15 of the key issues and controversies and problems facing colleges" are now in new Chronicle Focus collections available only to personal subscribers,
