*Open Access 2020 Transformation Workshop, 6-8 March 2018*

*For librarians and staff looking to take pro-active steps to accelerate
the transition of scholarly communications to open access.*

Highly interactive, this workshop provides participants with a clear
understanding of the strategic and practical aspects of transitioning to
open access, enabling them to create and implement their own OA2020 roadmap
<https://oa2020.org/take-action/#create> to drive open access within their
local community and have impact on a global scale. Led by MPDL librarians
and staff with over 10 years of experience in developing and perfecting OA
strategies and workflows, the workshop is a fantastic opportunity to share
experiences and learn best practice in managing and leading the open access
transformation.

*Participants of previous workshops had this to say:*
