In one of my previous positions I worked in a library was in charge of submitting the articles we published to database vendors. Back in the early 2000s we needed to pull many of the older articles articles from the databases because the writers contracts were old and did not contain electronic rights.

Hi all,
Has anyone else come across a situation whereby an aggregator has not been able to provide full text access to a single article in a journal issue because the author has retained copyright? I honestly don’t think I have (until this morning!) and am slightly concerned that this might be a common occurrence.
