It would be helpful if this useful advice could be expanded with tips how
to avoid predatory "book" publishers who target fresh graduates with offers
to publish their thesis.  I wonder how they monitor this market - they seem
to be quite efficient, judging from the examples in this country where I
have been able to advise (or not).  Unfortunately there seems to be no
thumbs-up list like DOAJ for this sector - or is there? Would be helpful to
know.
