Look around their website for more things of interest. All journals at http://www.journaltocs.ac.uk/index.php have been through a selection process to check for quality. There are now more OA journals in JournalTOCs than DOAJ (13,550 v 11,843), plus JournalTOCs includes hybrid (11,850 journals) and subscription journals. A grand total of 31,500 journals from 3135 publishers.
