The online alerting service is now hosted at the ISSN International Centre. The core features and functions of the TAS remain the same, however, the URL is now https://journaltransfer.issn.org (previously http://etas.jusp.jisc.ac.uk/).

Please update your bookmarks accordingly - a redirect from the old URL was put in place from September 8th.

If you are a publisher, the ISSN International Centre has set up your publisher account in its extranet (https://portal.issn.org) which will enable you to create declarations of transfers. Login and password details are being distributed separately.
