I am currently drafting policy related to library-hosted streaming video content, similar to the one created at George Mason University, and looking for examples of other such policies from other academic institutions who are engaged in similar services.

In my research I've found that many organizations are reticent to share such policies due to the uncertain and sometimes misunderstood areas of copyright law that these activities can tread within, but if you are willing and able to share with me (off-list) any policies, decision-making tools, or workflow documents (or even an acknowledgement that your institution provides these kinds of services) it would be incredibly valuable to my work here at Florida State University. I also assure you that no information will be made publicly available without your consent.
