As for SCOAP3-type agreements, they should not be treated as subscriptions. Incidentally, and once again: *Gold OA means an open access journal, and it implies nothing with regard to the financing of that journal*. When APCs are involved, the journal belongs to a subset of Gold, and, properly speaking, it should be called APC-Gold.
