In the lawsuit brought by four major publishers and the American Association of Publishers against Internet Archive on the matter of IA's emergency lending service during the worst of the lockdown, the judge has set a tentative trial date fourteen months from now.  The point to observe, perhaps, is that this seems designed not only to allow a massive discovery process but also to give parties time to negotiate a settlement:
