I attended a very well done and engaging session at the most recent
Charleston conference from the University of Kansas Libraries (
https://sched.co/GB3Q). The presentation is linked to the online page as
well. They have a very well thought out and robust policy and program.

Dear LibLicense List,

I would like to add my interest to the inquiry of Mr. Rodriguez. It is a
hot topic with us, too. And as Mr. Rodriguez I assure you that no
information will be made publicly available without your consent. We would
need to adapt your ideas to Swiss Copyright Law anyhow.

Best regards,

Dear LibLicense List,

I am currently drafting policy related to library-hosted streaming video
content, similar to the one created at George Mason University
<https://www.jcel-pub.org/article/view/6550>, and looking for examples of
other such policies from other academic institutions who are engaged in
similar services.

In my research I've found that many organizations are reticent to share
such policies due to the uncertain and sometimes misunderstood areas of
copyright law that these activities can tread within, but if you are
willing and able to share with me (off-list) any policies, decision-making
tools, or workflow documents (or even an acknowledgement that your
institution provides these kinds of services) it would be incredibly
valuable to my work here at Florida State University. I also assure you
that no information will be made publicly available without your consent.

Thank you in advance!

All best,
