Hello LibLicense,

This may be a long shot, but does anyone have any knowledge of libraries
who have license agreements that explicitly allow local museums
(unaffiliated with the library/university) to use their databases/journals
through the library? Have you ever heard of this practice, or anything
similar? Any help or ideas or possibilities are welcome.

Many thanks!
