So *if* CM were to continue to pay $1.65M and *if* you were to interpret
100% of that revenue as supporting APCs, that would work out to $9400 per
article compared to the average Elsevier APC of $3700 reported in a recent
study by John Dove.  $1.65M could pay for about 450 articles at that rate.
