A cautionary tale about the complexities of digital preservation,
proprietary formats, and DRM.  If you ever bought a book at the Microsoft
online store, Microsoft is now sending someone to do the digital equivalent
of breaking into your house, stealing all the books you’ve bought, and
refunding your money.
