I am interested in speaking with librarians that have implemented
unmediated article “purchase-on-demand” services in an academic
library setting.

We are investigating the possibility of offering our users unmediated
access to article POD from “Get It Now” or similar platforms.

Specifically, I am interested in discussing the following:

· Strategies for controlling costs

· Access and configuration

· Customer service impact

· Patron response to services

Please contact me directly if you have any information to share
regarding the aforementioned.

Much appreciated!
