I had a section on license negotiation in my now-mostly-outdated
textbook on managing e-resources in an academic library, but that's
not the kind of in-depth I think your question-asker was seeking.
I'll be interested to see what other folks say to this one.

While teaching a workshop, I was asked if there are any US or UK
library schools that offer a course in E-Resources and/or License
Negotiating. Or anything along those lines.
