Hi everyone,

May I ask whether you have policies re: allowing access to e-resources
to those who fall outside the typical Authorized user definition when
the occasion warrants it (for instance, giving a vendor troubleshooter
a guest campus ID to help troubleshoot)?

Pls. feel free to respond directly to me at [log in to unmask]

Thanks in advance.

Cheers, Teresa
