Newsletter Nr. 1 May 2017

Dear readers,
Welcome to the first edition of the HIRMEOS newsletter. The HIRMEOS
newsletter will be disseminated regularly every 2 months and will keep you
updated about developments in the project High Integration of Research
Monographs in the European Open Science infrastructure (HIRMEOS).  HIRMEOS
is a 30 month project funded under the Horizon 2020 Program of the European
Commission. It focuses on the monograph as a significant mode of scholarly
communication in the Humanities and Social Sciences and tackles the main
obstacles of the full integration of important platforms supporting open
access monographs and their contents.HIRMEOS supports the network of
OPERAS, a distributed Research Infrastructure project for open
scholarly communication.
