Hello all-

Brandeis University has been attempting to negotiate licensing terms with
Ha'aretz for several months. I am very interested in hearing from others
about your experience with the process. In particular we have had
difficulties concerning language in Appendix B regarding place of law and
indemnification. Additionally I have seen email threads about compatibility
with ezproxy. I am curious for those that do have Ha'aretz and use ezproxy
have you encountered any access issues.
Also happy to chat offline.

Kind regards,
Katy Collins
