  The Library Development Program of the Washington State Library, a
division of the Office of the Secretary of State (OSOS), announces the
release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Needs Assessment of its
Statewide Database Licensing (SDL) Project.  The assessment activities to
be completed include surveys, interviews, comparative usage data analysis,
and so forth. Ideally, the work will be completed by November 14, 2014.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 4:00 p.m. July 25, 2014. The
recommended deadline for submitting a notice of intent to propose, which
insures receipt of any additional communications regarding this
procurement, is July 16, 2014.
