The American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB) today released a
statement expressing its strong reservations with the Research Works
Act (RWA). In addition to articulating ASPB’s reservations with the
RWA, the statement argues that a more appropriate approach toward
broadening public access is already public law in the America COMPETES
Reauthorization Act of 2010.
