ACS Publications is proud to announce a landmark read and publish agreement
with the CAPES consortium in Brazil. This new five-year agreement provides
full reading access to all ACS journals for thousands of faculty and
students across Brazil, as well as the ability for affiliated authors to
publish open access in any ACS journal at no cost to them.
