I was wondering if anyone else who uses Open Athens was experiencing
the same access problems as our library, in regards to our publishers
who use Atypon as their platform provider.

We've been noticing that all publishers who use Atypon as their
platform provider are presenting access barriers, either by way of
Captcha challenges that don't resolve, or by way of a "page loop"
wherein the user tries to "Select your Institution" to log in with
Open Athens, and upon doing so, is looped back to the exact same page.

I've been working with Eduserv, owner of Open Athens, and they are
trying to resolve this with Atypon.

I do appreciate any feedback on this. It's very frustrating for our
users who are attempting to access our licensed content, and I cannot
get any response from Atypon directly.

Thank you--I hope I can connect with some others who are seeing the
same problem.

Joanne
