After a hiatus of a year and a half, OpenURL is now fully functional
on DOAJ again and we've upgraded from Version 0.1 to Version 1.

I know that this will be welcome news to many of the aggregators,
databses, library portals and publishers that still link to DOAJ via
OpenURL.
